Every ink color is separated and printed through its own mesh screen. Dark garments usually need a white underbase first so the colors stay solid and bright.

We inspect every upload. If the file cannot print cleanly, we’ll contact you before production with the best next step.
Is this screen printing?+
Yes—choose Screen Printing in the builder. Bulk T-shirt projects typically range from $15–$30+ per shirt, but the exact price depends on the garment, artwork colors, screens, print locations, sizes, finishing, deadline, and shipping. Submit the complete project for a final quote with $0 due today. See how screen fees work above.
What is a screen fee?+
A screen is the framed mesh stencil that prints one ink color. Our normal setup example is $25 per screen. A one-color design on a light shirt normally uses one screen; that same color on a dark shirt usually needs a white underbase first, making it two screens.
Can I order 12–23 shirts?+
Yes. Choose any exact quantity from 12–23 and submit one fast quote request. We review the artwork, sizes, print method, and placements, then send the final price before charging anything. Bulk project quotes begin at 24 shirts.
Can I choose an exact bulk shirt quantity?+
Yes. The 24, 36, 48, and 72-piece buttons are convenient starting points. Enter any exact bulk quantity from 24–500, finish the project details, and submit one quote request. We email the exact price and secure payment link after review.
Can I order one custom hat?+
Yes. A single custom hat starts at $44.99. Choose a Richardson 112 Trucker, Baseball Cap, or Flexfit; Flexfit includes S, M, and L sizing. Front and optional side embroidery are available.
How is custom-hat shipping calculated?+
Submit the destination ZIP with the order. Before payment, Tunagraphix confirms the standard carrier amount plus a protective packaging reserve—$2.50 for a small parcel or $4 per bulk box—so there is no surprise charge later.
What is the Tunagraphix Shop?+
It is our ready-to-buy merch collection—shirts, hats, tumblers, and future designs made by Tunagraphix. Choose the item and available options, then check out without uploading artwork.
How does the monthly mystery club work?+
Choose the $19.99 monthly shirt club or the $24.99 monthly hat club. Tunagraphix chooses the item, color, and surprise design; shirt members only choose their size. Monthly shipping is $7.95 for shirts or $9.95 for hats, plus applicable tax. We then email the secure recurring Square signup link.
What are the custom sticker minimums?+
Custom stickers start at 50 pieces. Choose 2-inch, 3-inch, or 4-inch pricing online; the quantity buttons show the full sticker price before shipping and tax. Any quantity above 500 or any Other finished size receives a custom quote before payment.
What are the tumbler bulk prices?+
One custom tumbler is $25. The online bulk tiers are $20 each at 12 and $18 each at 24.
What banner sizes do you offer?+
Choose 2×4 for $79.99, 3×6 for $99, 4×8 for $139.99, or 4×10 for $175. Every banner includes four corner grommets. Shipping is confirmed before payment from the tube dimensions and destination ZIP, including a $4 tube reserve. Custom sizes and a $50 design service are also available.
How does free shipping work?+
Contiguous-U.S. custom tee orders receive free standard shipping at $650+ in merchandise, and hoodie orders at $1,000+. Alaska and Hawaii always use the calculated carrier rate. Stickers ship for $8.95. Tunagraphix Shop shipping is $7.95 per tee, $9.95 per hat, or $10.95 per tumbler. Free Bakersfield pickup is always available.
How is custom-product shipping handled?+
Custom tees, hoodies, hats, tumblers, and banners are submitted with the destination ZIP. Tunagraphix confirms the protected standard shipping amount before payment, including $2.50 for a small parcel or $4 per bulk box or banner tube. Flat-rate, free-shipping, and free-pickup orders keep the amounts shown at checkout.
Can I pick my order up in Bakersfield?+
Yes. Choose Free Bakersfield pickup during the order. Shipping becomes $0, and we email the private pickup instructions when the order is ready.
Where does the customer add a shipping address?+

Why can the tax estimate change by state?+
California tax is estimated for Bakersfield pickup and California delivery. Direct shipments outside California show $0 California tax on the site; any tax legally required by the final transaction can still be adjusted before payment.

Yes. Custom neck tags are $4.50 each with a $50 order minimum. Bulk orders of 24+ can add folding, individual bagging, and customer-supplied tag attachment for $1.50 per piece.
